MP3 Car Stereo?

Anyone know where to get an MP3 car stereo? Not one that allows you to play a CD with mp3′s on it, but actually has a HD like the iPod. My brother is interested in one for an Xmas pressie and I wouldn’t mind one for my jammer (car ) too.

    I just bought a new (used) car – and I’ve been thinking about putting in a nice sound system. stil not sure where to buy it, been thinkin about best buy or something. good luck, man.
