To Fill In or To Fill Out?

When dealing with forms, is “to fill in” more grammatically correct than “to fill out” or vice versa? This isn’t exactly a big deal, but it’s something that plays on my mind when I’m wording any text I display above a form. What do you normally use (if any)?

Memory Upgrade

My PC got a nice increase in RAM. From 256MB to 768MB. The difference is sweet I also purchased a 200GB HD while I was at it, but I’ve yet to install it.
